Spiritual needs in the modern era that are full of challenges today are very needed for anyone, many things require one's ability to manage human potential in the form of soul / spirit. Facing household, community, state, work, study and other issues are some of the problems that are often faced.

God has provided sufficient samples about the person / person who is successful in wading through this life. Because they have taken advantage of this limited life opportunity as well as possible. Instead those who are not successful in a long life (unlimited) are those who have wasted the potential that God has given him.

By optimizing the gifts that God has given to each individual, a person will be able to develop their ability to analyze and treat all challenges as opportunities to become successful servants of God.

But unfortunately, this precious human potential in the form of spirit is rarely noticed. Not surprisingly, most people still do not feel real happiness, because what they are looking for so far is only in the form of mortal and pseudo physical pleasure. Without realizing it, many people at the end of their life's journey have been in vain, because they haven't got the happiness they should have.

Of course the paradigm of achieving success and happiness needs to be changed. One of them is by training and cultivating spiritual potential with qualified spiritual practitioners and experts in their fields. With a long range of experiences, many of our institutions prove that they have given birth to individuals who are reliable (with various backgrounds of life) in achieving their true life goals.

The Sufi proverb says "He who does not feel does not know". Then it never hurts you to try to taste the spiritual pleasure. The process of learning and practicing exploring spiritual potential is what needs to be done.

Humans have 3 working capital namely material / physical capital, social capital, and spiritual capital. Physical capital (physical capital) in the form of skills or knowledge, social capital (social capital) that is a sense of togetherness and emotional attachment, and spiritual capital (spiritual capital) that is the ability to know yourself as a servant of God.

To manage these three capitals, a serious effort in the form of training (riyadloh) is needed to explore positive values %u200B%u200Bin the human psyche to get to know God and feel real happiness. STC training that uses 3T concepts (Tazkiyatun Nafs, TashfiyatulQalb and Tahzibul Akhlaq) is a training method that is able to combine three basic human potentials, namely intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ) so as to provide intellectual motivation , emotional, and spiritual in an effort to achieve ultimate happiness.

In connection with efforts to internalize the mission, vision, and values, STC is able to make these three things become personal beliefs. The impact for individuals is to find the meaning of work and be motivated by a spiritual reason while for the institution where they work is to increase productivity and loyalty. the worker.
